Our Story

Bringing Parisian café culture to the banks of Prior Lake

We wanted to build something different here in Prior Lake—a cozy escape that combines the meticulous craft of third-wave specialty coffee with the lingering warmth of a neighborhood Parisian boutique.

Every morning, we dial in our espresso, steep our signature cold brew for a full eighteen hours, and fill our cases with flaky croissants. We source our beans from the finest local roasters, ensuring each cup celebrates both Midwest community and global origin.
